NAPCO Announces Privacy Policy Modification

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Philadelphia, PA - November 5, 2002) -- North American Publishing Company, a Philadelphia-based publisher that offers more than 15 informational print, digital and Internet products, and leading trade expositions, building on 45 years of service to existing and emerging new markets, has announced a change in its Privacy Policy regarding the use of subscriber/customer e-mail addresses for business-related, third-party offers.

A change has been made to the amended policy of November 17, 2001 regarding how subscribers/customers can elect to not receive business-related third party e-mail offers. Starting today, anyone who visits remove.napco.com, completes and submits a short form will no longer receive e-mail correspondence from NAPCO as well as any business-related third party offers. In the past, subscribers/customers needed to complete the same form and send a blank e-mail to a designated address to stop receiving NAPCO-related and third party offers, respectively.
