Philadelphia, PA (August 19, 2002) - North American Publishing Company (NAPCO) has awarded a digital camera to Tiffany Hetzel of Quad Graphics, Hartford, WI. Hetzell was randomly selected from thousands of visitors who registered as free members to one or more of NAPCO magazine's online article archives since January 2002.
