Digital Audience Development Coordinator

We are looking for a results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the opportunity to impart change. You will be charged with helping us set and meet our audience growth goals, measure success, strengthen our relationship between our brands and audience as well as support our quest to evolve our audience development culture. You will have the ability to be a difference maker in producing and delivering content through a variety of channels including e-mail, digital and social channels.

The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical. This position requires promotional writing skills, an eye for design plus a clear understanding of conversion metrics. We have set aggressive growth audience growth targets for 2018 and need someone who will help us reach those goals. The nuts-and-bolts of the duties:

• Create and coordinate 5 to 10 audience acquisition or engagement campaigns per month.
• Creative development will be a combination of independent work as well as in collaboration with brand marketing managers and in-house design department.
• Analyze all marketing results to optimize performance and cost per acquisition.
• Work with VP Audience Development, Digital Content Specialist, Editors and brand manager(s) on new content initiatives.
• Be accountable for all responsibilities.

No travel is required for this position.

Experience in promotional copy writing for ads, landing pages and email is required as well as a general understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, retargeting and social media. Hands-on experience with html, word press and email platforms is a plus. Candidate will be trained on platforms in use but we also expect candidate to be an independent learner too.
