The PRINTING UNITED ALLIANCE and NAPCO Media proudly produce an array of industry-leading events across vast industries and market segments. The health and safety of our attendees are of the utmost importance to our organization. We will endeavor to comply with all local and national safety rules and regulations in effect at the time of each event, as well as with the health and safety protocols of our venue partners.

Anyone attending, exhibiting at, or sponsoring a PRINTING United Alliance or NAPCO Media live event will be required to adhere to all applicable health and safety requirements. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, wearing masks while at the event (masks will be supplied to those who need them); maintaining social distancing (6 feet whenever possible) and following signage and floor decals regarding social distancing; frequent hand washing (hand sanitization stations will be available); daily temperature checks; providing proof of vaccination or proof of a recent negative COVID test, etc..

The health and safety requirements for each event will vary depending upon location and date, and will be communicated by email to everyone registered for each event in the weeks prior to the event.  Health and safety requirements are subject to change at any time and will be modified as deemed necessary.  We ask that you please remain home if you are feeling ill when planning to attend any event.


We are all aware of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the heightened risk associated with attending live, in-person events in enclosed spaces.  Regardless of the health and safety protocols implemented for your event, it will not be possible for us to eliminate your risk of being exposed to or contracting the virus that causes COVID-19.

By choosing to attend any of our live, in-person events, you are knowingly and voluntarily agreeing to assume the associated risks, and when you register for any of our events, you will be agreeing to release the PRINTING United Alliance, NAPCO Media, our vendors/contractors, and our exhibitors and sponsors, from all liability on behalf of yourself, your employees, your contractors/agents, and your guests/invitees, related to COVID-19 or any similar or related contagious disease.
