In-Plant Salary Survey

The thriving U.S. economy of the past few years appears to have had a positive impact on the salaries of in-plant managers. Since 2017 salaries have increased by 4% according to our new salary survey. The median salary over those two years rose by 1.4%.

More managers received raises in 2019 as well. Overall, 86% got a pay increase, versus 81% in 2017.
